About
Another group of the population that I am intensely involved with is infants/babies with feeding/swallowing concerns. Through my years of working with these babies with sensory feeding problems, oral aversions, tube-to-oral feed transitions, swallowing disorders, and ARFID (Avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), I obtained great insight into the dos and don’ts of the process of treatment.
I have been extensively engaging with families of children with multiple handicaps, cerebral palsy, and premature infants to help them transition from tube to oral feeding.

Owner, Your Speech Matters PLLC
Hello! I am Sirisha Duvvuru Ph.D CCC-SLP, a Speech Language pathologist, in North Dallas Area.
I started Your Speech Matters PLLC, after I gained 12 years of experience working with children and adults with various speech and language disorders. My motivation behind starting this practice is the lack of holistic attention that a child receives in various other settings (lack of parent training, family connections, excess paperwork, and too less of time with the child).
I believe that every child is unique, and an individualized treatment plan needs to be tailored to meet their communication needs. The key to success in speech therapy is parent/family involvement. We strongly emphasize parent training sessions providing parents with exact methods and tools to work with their children at home. Guidance on a continual basis will be provided as a part of the therapy plan.
It gives me immense satisfaction to help my little ones communicate effectively. My areas of experience include working with children who have autism, Apraxia, phonological/articulation, and feeding/swallowing problems, adults with aphasia, and Parkinson's disease.
My areas of niche include
-Vital stim therapy(Neuromuscular Electrical stimulation) for swallowing disorders, and
-Weaning tube feeders
-Gestalt language therapy.
